Mr. Stephen Tamposi did not have the courtesy to respond to my certified letter requesting his help. Buyer beware regarding the sales agreement used by this company. Make sure you understand the penalty strategically placed in the Supplement to the sales agreement. They will likely place the Supplement in a folder with over 100 pages of neighborhood covenants. Due to major health issues, we lost the $38, 500 deposit given to Citrus Hills Investment Properties after signing THEIR contract. Nothing had started since I became terribly sick before we were able to return for our house planning and decoration session. So, they were out no money and still had an empty lot to sell. They did not have the courtesy to respond to our written communication. The community is beautiful, but I would avoid dealing with Citrus Hills since they are so heartless.
