What is the statue of limitation on Obstruction of Justice in Michigan? Manufacturing evidence and with-holding evidence from court that would exonerates defendant in court? And prove Perjury among Public Safety Officers? What are our Rights when city Attorneys refuse FOIA disclosure for court that shows Wrong doing, intimidation and fabrication of evidence? I was arrested May 2002 and have filed for the Missing Bond Arrest Info. for years. It came in FOIA FEB. 2008 That I am one of XXX Chief Weston's Mistakes he retired about! It was Not a Mistake on BOND, the Court Register of Actions or Michigan State Police Report or all through court. I was sent to the Forensic Center for Psychiatry with what THEY called a Delusion of False Percecution...Now it's all a mistake and no attorney will touch it. I filed with Judicial Tenure went NO Where! I Can Not Afford Justice and all agencies Pass the Buck.

X CHIEF OF KALAMAZOO POLICE CHIEF DAN WESTON DID NOT RETIRED HE WAS KICK OFF THE POLICE DEPARTMENT AS NO MORE POLICE CHIEF OR POLICE OFFICER I NO THE CREEP DAN WESTON ITS ABOUT TIME SOMEONE DID THE CITY A SERVICE AND GOT RID OF THIS SCUM DAN WESTON HES A LIAR AND A COMMON CRIMINAL WITH NO MORE BADGE HA HA ITS ABOUT TIME THIS SCUM GOT HIS JUSTICE NOW THERES A FEW MORE OF HIS SCUMY BROTHERS LIARS IN BLUE THAT NEEDS THERE JUSTICE AND ITS ON THE WAY THAT LOW LIFE SCUM WESTON AND HIS BLUE BROTHERS AND SISTERS DID ENOUGHE TAMMERING WITH EVADENCE FILEING FALSE CHARGES FABERCATEING POLICE REPORTS STEALLING DRUGS FROM THE EVADENCE SAFE AND BLAMEING IT ON MICE AND JUST BEING HARD UP FOR A BUST AND PICKING DECENT HONEST CITAZENS THAT WAS IN THE WROUNG PLACE AT THE WRONG TIME FOR A BUST HOW MANY PEOPLE OVER THE YEARS HAS THIS SCUM ARRESTED JUST BECAUSE THAT SCUM NEEDED A BUST I THINK THE JUSTIC DEPARMENT NEEDS TO INVESTAGATE THIS SCUM AND HIS SCUMMY FOLLOWERS IN BLUE HOW MUCH MONEY HAVE THEY STOLED OVER THE YEARS HOW MUCH DRUGS HAVE THEY STOLEIN OUT OF THE EVADENCE SAFE ???BECAUCE OF LOST BOND PAPERS OR MICE THAT LIKE TO PARTY IN THE COP SHOP SAFE POLICE OFFICERS CAN NOT BE PROSCUTED FOR LIEING ON THE WITTNESS STAND THEY GET A FREE RIDE TO LIE AS MUCH AS THEY WANT BUT I NO A LOT OF LIEING DRUNKIN SCUMBAGS WITH A BADGE MORE TO COME AT A LATER DATE
