www.city-data.com is a database that includes public records of residence owners and addresses. City-Data.com is owned by Advameg, Inc., whose President is reportedly Mr. Lech Mazur.
I am a repeat victim of Identity Theft and Credit Card Fraud, and have been advised by representatives of several Federal agencies and the police to reduce all references to me on the Internet.
www.city-data.com has a "Contact Us" portal on their website. Their "posted" Privacy Policy does not address requests to be deleted from their website. Provisions to be deleted from www.city-data.com are not described anywhere on their website.
Multiple requests made to city-data.com via their "Contact Us" portal, by email to addresses supplied on their website, and to Mr. Mazur's email addresses of lechmazur@yahoo.com and lechmazur@hotmail.com have all gone unanswered.
I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Illinois.
