One our favorite movie series of the Austin Powers movies. They have a memorable villain named Fat b*****d. Well, guess what? There's a Texas Licensed Professional Engineer who reminds people of Fat b*****d. His name: Rustin Roussel.

Rustin Roussel has some interesting observation skills and makes so many wrong conclusion he reminds liberals of Fox News Sunday pundit Bill Kristol. Like Bill Kristol, everything Rustin Roussel says and observes is the exact opposite of reality, a big bucket of wrong. Some of them include:

Believing that he can see through drywall partitions in his office. In his report to get a fellow engineer fired, Rustin Roussel stated that because someone told him to sit down that they were not sitting. How can Rustin Roussel know without observing the person directly that they actually were standing then?

Rustin Roussel stated that this employee would do something drastic for reporting City of Austin Public Works employee Mike Boyle's unethical actions yet Rustin Roussel never even spoke to the person directly about it. So if Rustin Roussel yells at his son Westin for taking his seat belt off while Rustin Roussel is driving, then something drastic will happen like a spanking then?

Ironically, Rustin Roussel say anything just to hear himself talk: For example, Rustin Roussel will tell an investigator he could hear entire conversations one minute and then want to enter the room the next minute. Rustin Roussel claims non-existent conversations like asking the employee he ruined was OK. Rustin Roussel claims his fellow co-workers are odd, yet will offer no evidence of it. Rustin Roussel claims an employee will slander a past one yet he offered no evidence of it.

Rustin Roussel is really a Dr. Jeckyll and Mr. Hyde. For example, Rustin Roussel will work ith an engineer one minute because he needs help and then later Rustin Roussel states he is scared to work with them. If there were problems earlier, why didn't he complain about it? Because Rustin Roussel's a man who is willing to do anything for cash even if it's unethical, that's why!

Apparently, Rustin Roussel's memory is so weak that he forgot that he was allowing defective structural engineering designs without expertise or approval and letting the contractor bid on them and force them to allegedly lose money. These projects are known as Long Bow and West Gate and located in Austin, TX. They were fixed after approval by the employee Rustin Roussel had wrongfully fired.

It's widely known that Rustin Roussel did absolutely nothing about the infamous Christopher Newton memo that states that engineers employed by the City of Austin not review structural engineering aspects of plans. Imagine if this memo was around while his father was working around those cooling towers at Shell Oil, the ones the former employee he had fired designed to be safe many years ago!

And speaking of idiocy, we believe that people out there need to see how much of an idiot Rustin Roussel is. Guess what we got? His grades at Louisiana State University.

GPAs consist of: 2.615, 3.00, 3.00, 2.80, 2.833, 2.294, 2.00, 1.75, 2.25, 3.00, 2.25, 2.812, & 2.764. Some of them were higher than they should because Rustin Roussel withdrew from a few courses in which he was failing. It actually took Rustin Roussel, this high school graduate of St. Charles Catholic High School in La Place, LA, 5 years to get his bachelor's degree. Based on this information, it's no wonder Rustin Roussel's got more contempt for people who are actually smarter and better than he is.

Let's take a look at his coursework in the main engineering areas that he specialized in. We posted it all over Austin and the state of Texas so the people can see what kind of person Rustin Roussel was as a student. If he was this bad as a student, imagine how bad he is at work. Many people think that government workers are idiots. Thanks to Rustin Roussel's college transcript, they were right.

This means Rustin Roussel is incapable of applying what he learned. For example, the U.S. Constitution claims that witnesses shall be cross-examined yet Rustin Roussel wanted anonymity against the employee he had wrongfully terminated. Why did he want this? So he could say what he wanted and not get in trouble for it. So much for Rustin Roussel being ethical like he claims. Rustin Roussel's a savage life form who can't even obey the rules of his own native country!

Folks, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Let us introduce you to his in-laws, Tom & Lynn Strand. Thomas Strand, was District 11 School Board Member & President for the Colorado Springs, CO, School District 11, between 2007 to 2011. Mr. Strand is a former JAG. Mr. Strand has been featured in Colorado Springs media for either being unethical or hypocritical. Here are some examples of his failures:

When kids are assaulted during door-to-door fundraising, Tom does nothing.

Banning rosaries. D-11 was sued by a DC based national organization

Did nothing about public safety when a student was rubber banded together while there was a fire drill was going on.

D-11 school test scores are the lowest in the state of Colorado .

Graduation rates are the lowest in the state

While teachers were getting pay cuts, Strand and the Board of Education gave themselves pay raises.

The district had to pay out $300K for an employment discrimination lawsuit

Spent school tax dollars on a lawsuit to obtain an additional $1 billion in state education money. Tom Strand called the lawsuit an investment.

Wanted to deny teachers tenure so he could fire them without cause, like Rustin's employer does to his fellow co-workers when they actually do their job.

Tom's wife Lynn Strand founded the TouchMath company that helps children learn math better FYI.

Enough about Rustin Roussel's father-in-law Tom Strand and his wife already! We need to keep on discussing Rustin Roussel.

Rustin Roussel is widely associated with a city that participates in unlawful incarceration of protesting citizens, unlawful incarceration of their employees for requesting past pay stubs for their life-saving medications, unlawful interference of unemployment claims, retaliation against employees for reporting violations of the Texas Engineers Practices Act and other laws, shooting the dogs of innocent pet owners, blacklisting of their former employees, unlawful theft of personal property, economic waste of taxpayer money on municipal projects, violating the Texas Open Records Act at will, and even stealing artwork from 3 year old little Hispanic girls! Remember, thanks to the efforts of Rustin Roussel, the City of Austin didn't invent blacklisting and fraud, waste & abuse, they just perpetrate it. Heck, we believe Rustin Roussel participates in it because we believe Rustin Roussel has nothing else better to do.
