We must wonder how her husband, Bridge360 software engineer Paul Bostrom must feel right now. Instead of marrying a beautiful intelligent woman, he married an idiot. Let us demonstrate why this is true. As a Watershed Engineer, Andrea Bostrom aka Andrea Henry endangered life safety of the people of Austin. She apparently has a natural talent for biting the hand that pays her own salary.
We got copies of the 1501 Parkway plans to prove our point. 1501 Parkway is located in the 100-year Shoal Creek
floodplain. When she was told by Ben Sanders, EIT, about needing to be reviewed per city requirements, she claimed they were NOT requirements but only recommendations. With statements like this, it's no wonder the people and businesses of Austin are mad at her. It makes us question whether Andrea Henry aka Andrea Bostrom is actually doing her job at the Watershed Protection Department. Even if she has no knowledge of structural engineering, it shouldn't stop her from asking for help. How often do you meet a government official who raises the cost of business by not doing her job?
Well, then, Andrea Henry aka Andrea Bostrom believes that stream banks are stable all by their lonesome then. We wonder if she believes she can change the gravitational constant of the universe by snapping her fingers. We wonder how her husband would feel if he got laid off because his business had to pay higher taxes because of his wife's major screwup. An unstable stream bank wall cause Shoal Creek to potentially flood businesses upstream and harm other businesses like KVUE TV, Seton Shoal Creek Hospital, and the Texas State Library and Archives. Andrea Henry aka Andrea Bostrom apparently doesn't care about FEMA flood plains or the federal government money the city of Austin receives from them for stabilizing these streams. We guess URS was a perfect fit for Andrea Bostrom because URS is short for Usually Really Stupid.
We saw a copy of this email posted at Costco, the Arboretum, PF Changs China Bistro and the Domain, which is close by to her husband's employer Bridge360. We wonder how Bridge360 CEO Brenda Lee would feel that her business insurance would be affected by the spouse of one of her employees. Everyone who saw this was astounded at what they saw.
Back to the email, she managed to convince City of Austin Engineer C Public Works Team Leader Christopher Newton that the structures were in a private easement. (We saw Newton's other infamous memo stating the city of Austin does not officially review structures for safety.) The City of Austin Floodmaps show otherwise. Shoal Creek caused major flooding in Austin, TX, over 30 years ago. City of Austin Transportation Criteria Manual, Chapter 11, specifically states that Public Works must review structures in rights-of-way, easements, and flood plains. We saw this posted as well. Instead of addressing life safety, she buried her head in the sand and left it there. Lots of Austinites saw her email and died laughing. Apparently, they believe the city of Austin would hire idiots like Andrea Henry aka Andrea Bostrom. This proves Andrea is willing to do anything for cash. If the stream weren't stable, she'd have more work to do. We wonder if this is the reason the Shoal Creek stream stabilization project may have been put on hold.
Andrea Henry aka Andrea Bostrom must not deny the fact she works for a city government that unlawfully incarcerates people who request pay stubs for the necessary medication and makes their employees sign statements that state unsafe structures are actually stable. Andrea Henry aka Andrea Bostrom must not deny she causes her fellow co-workers to be unemployed for over a year for doing the right thing. Andrea Bostrom must not deny that she works for a city that participates in blacklisting competent employees out of future employment opportunities. (We saw evidence of this posted all over Austin.) With actions like this, people think of Andrea as an al-Qaedan Austinite that's actually a government sanctioned murderer. After all, Andrea has no problem jacking up FEMA flood insurance rates on her fellow taxpayers.
We expect Andrea Henry to distort the truth and ruin the people who bring these issues to the public's attention. If she does, we will display it to the people of Austin. God bless black Friday and the Christmas shopping season because we will be displaying it to everyone. We have decided to make a new commercial about the City of Austin that we will be educating their clients on. Here it is:
Hello, we're the storytellers. No one has time to waste, and that's why at the city of Austin, they've tailored their watersheds to destroy the public's assets. Every day, they allow major defects and engineering below the standard of care. There's no checking. There's lots of fluff. They make sure they ruin their citizens by wasting their time and dime. City of Austin, governmental stupidity you can count on!
