We tried this service to try to gain more traffic and more leads for our service company, We were promised leads, Phone calls, more site volume, and of course more work, They said we had leads and calls, Where? we didnt receive any on our end. But the end of the month came and took a nice 799.11 from our account. We were unhappy with this service, due to no traffic, no work, lies and misdirection. We called and cancelled, with our CITYMEDIA AGENT. They said no problem yata yata, I had a weird feeling and called our agent again and verified with him that there will be no more payments correct? He without hesitation said "No more money will be drawn from your account" and surely enough another 799.11 comes out of our account. We made a deal with this agent when he sat at our table promising all fortunes and good hopes, That we will only do a month to month, and they were suppose to verify with us, to see if we were going to continue, PLUS we already cancelled.. Now as i write this to you I been trying to get in touch with my agent not answering the phone saying he will get back to me in 10 minutes.. its been hours and he keeps dragging saying his busy, Your our agent, you had no problem dropping what you were doing to take our money but not help with this withdrawing frenzy. Please avoid this advertising company at all costs!
