I filed a claim with American Home Shield and they sent out Citywide Heat and Air. The guy Finally shows up and has total cowboy gear own complete with hat no tools in a black s10 pickup. He left it running the entire time he was here. He said my return was not installed with my thermastate as it should have been. I said will I have coverage for improper instalation. He said I did't and after I proved to him I did. He said well I'm not going to crawl under that house and move it. He then rips off a sheet of paper he filled out while in his truck and gave it to me and left. I was on phone with American Home Shield reporting him as he was there and was assured they would do something. This has been two weeks I'm on the phone with them now and I'm getting the run around. I do not reccomend AHS or CITYWIDE Heat and Air
