Claire's Bowtique Amiee Sima Offers items & great prices & doesn't send them after you pay! RIP OFF & SCAM! Allegan, Michigan

Aimee Scammed me too! I became of fan of her facebook fan page and won some of her items. I sent 2 PayPal payments. One in April and One in May. I waited months and never received anything at all except excuses. I e-mailed her repeatedly asking her if she felt right about taking peoples money and offering nothing in return. With me, she never even sent a package or pretended that she had.

She just downright refused to even check if she had made my items, she refused to send anything, and she refused a refund. She knew that the 45 days had passed for me to file a complaint with PayPal so she didn't even care. After awhile she deleted her facebook page and changed her e-mail so I had no way to contact her. She has scammed soooo many people but will not take responsibility for it.

To Aimee: If you spent half as much time actually trying to make your customers happy as you do making up excuses you wouldn't be in this position. I have been selling handmade items for 3 years on-line and have never done to anyone what you did to me and so many other people. You should be ashamed of stealing from people and not caring about it. Hope
this isn't the kind of example you will set for your children.

Amiee, I am NOT the one that has started any hate groups about you.  "Voices Against Claire's Bowtique" is created and managed by Leighanna & Mary.  Leighanna & Mary...if you happen to read this then please set Amiee straight.  I do not need her spreading MORE lies about me.  Leighanna is another woman who has posted a ripoffreport on here regarding Claire's Bowtique.  Anyone feel free to ask her yourself if she has a group named Voices Against Claire's Bowtique.  I am a member of that group as is 36 other women you have scammed. Many more are emailing and saying that they will join within the week if they still don't have their items. I am not sure who started Claire's Bownot, but once again...not me.  If you were the creator of Claire's Bownot I would appreciate if you could step up and set this women straight.  I have 7 children & a store page...I do not have time to run a hate page against you too.  This is the last bit of energy and time I am going to waste on replying back to your LIES.  Anyone is free to email me in the future with any questions, but this childish nonsense of going back and forth while you accuse me of lies while everyone knows who the REAL scammer is, is just ridiculous.  Get off the computer and go fulfill your orders.

For starters you are amazing and need to tell the true. You put you refunded me my bow and shipped my order 2 x with in 6 weeks and thats a flat out lie. First off you didnt refund me Paypal did since your accounts are froze second off i have emails stating my tutu and bow went out some where between June 20th and 10 days later . On Tuesday the 13th of July you admited you never shipped my hairbow and then stated you would go ahead and send the tutu  just incase the first one never came . Im sure thats probably why you wouldnt look up shipping info on the first of July because you hadnt shipped it. You have told so many lies you cant keep them straight and before you even try to say i lied on the date i won the tutu it was not the Middle of May but May 27th instead.  Also when i won the tutu and hairbow there were no 4-6 weeks posted it was only after that that you posted that. Oh and by the way i noticed you took the timeline off you page altogther .My friend has proof where you admit it was after the 28th of May when you posted the 4-6 week policy. Voices Against Claire's Bowtique was started for people to be able to speak out with out being deleted so what if some members have never ordered . Not all 5000 of you fans have either . You called everyone " High School " but look at you  You ran and started a group . Yeah for you Aimee. Get your friends to back you or try to get evidence or what ever . One thing remains the same . You are a liar and a scammer anyway you look at it. 

I am going to post a public list then of who is in that group because LESS THAN 1/2 have even bought from me! WOW Angie your so cool you started a hate group where most of the poeple havent even bought from me! WOW your good! They can tell you they asked for a refund and I can SHOW you that we have the arrangement where they wanted their merchandise and if I couldnt do that then they would get a refund. YOU are the one that wont leave me alone. YOU are the only one starting and joining hate groups YOU are the one that is contacting MY customers YOU are the one that asks for me to defend myself. I did not post ANYTHING rude on your page under that name I asked when you posted the jewelry if it folllowed the CPSC rules for childrens jewelery. You are not allowed to sell it if its not and you can ask any of my friends I pointed that out in case you didnt know. I said NOTHING rude I didnt post anywhere else I didnt even say anything rude! You went off and threatened me for asking a QUESTION! You are showing people how crazy you are. I NEVER said not to buy from you. I stated your page name and that you kept the bows I sent for Kamdyn to yourself that is all I said about you when someone asked who the spam post was talking about and I did that in a PRIVATE message NOT on my page and they had to ask in order to know your shop name. There is nothing wrong with people wanting to know who is spamming people to get business. You keep going on and on about what people tell you, in anger even you have lied so you posting what people TELL you is not posting the truth! I do not post what people have told me about you. I can if you want. I did take the liberty of posting our entire time line which will clarify your lies in these messages but its not published yet. It will be! Anyway I am going to attach the photo of your "members" you got to join. I will also compile a list of everyone you emailed. Again I have NEVER emailed your customers, I have never started a hate group against you and I have never threatened to kick your ass. I am sure you are a great person it just only last until you dont get your way. Saying I need help is beyond rediculous. I think you should look in the mirror, you wil see a grown women that is acting like she is in school. As I said before I have ALL my paypal records and everything to show I way over donated to the family for the fundraiser. If you would like to pay an attorney to investigate that I welcome you to waste our money. If you do not stop I am going to take it to the next level. I have all the police reports filled out I just have not dropped them off. You, Donna, Brooke, and Elise D. have enough for charges against you. I have my protection and can show I have not wronged  anyone. What do you have to protect yourself from the 100's of emails I have of your foul mouth, threats, emailing my customers, and hate groups just to start. I wish you luck!

Amiee, in the nicest way possible I am going to advise you to go get help.  Nothing you just wrote makes any sense at all.  I don't know Angel or Dessy or whatever you just babbled on about being my friend.  I find it very interesting that our "little" group has now grown to 36 women on "voices against claire's bowtique" on facebook.  36 of us Amiee!  We are all from different places, different ages, different backgrounds, but yet there are 36 of us (thus far) that are crazy?  I am glad you brought up the part about the text that I wrote you about kicking your booty.  Yes I used foul language. I don't tend to use foul language in my everyday life, but in my everyday life...I don't encounter people like you.  You harrassed me, you put up a SCAM alert on your Claire's bowtique page and told anyone that wanted to email you...you would give them my name and not to buy from me.  You privately emailed people and told them not to buy from me (Donna Yountz is one person who received this email from you.)  I also have a copy of the email you were sending around to your customers about me.  Would you like me to post it?  I had had enough. THEN you decided to make up a fake profile under the name of Alexandra Ryan.  You took the time to block me from Alexandras profile so to me...Alexandra Ryan did not exist and I could not see anything that Alexandra Ryan wrote.  But to the rest of the world Alexandra (YOU) did exist and you took advantage of that and went on my store page and started posting junk.  I had people start asking me about Alexandra ryan and I had no idea what they were talking about because I couldn't see any posts from Alexandra. Only everyone else could.  Brilliant idea on your part.  It shows the lengths you go to to scheme and con and scam.  I would have never in a million years thought to do something so scandleous.  I ended up having to make my step mom a co partner on my store page so that I could go in from her email and have you deleted.  Do you see how confusing this whole story is!  It was a pain in the butt for me to deal with that night so I sent you that text (that you kindly posted above) and I wrote the text to ALEXANDRA RYAN and said I would kick your _ _ _ if you didn't stop stalking me and to just leave me alone.  You kept threatening that you were gonna call the cops on me. For what? I don't know.  And after this last scheme you pulled, I had enough and said so in that text.  I also said in that text to feel free to take THAT message to the police!  You can't go to the police because they KNOW you in your hometown.  If anyone has any issues in the future, please contact me. I have the name and number of Detective Terry Vandenberg out of Allegan County police dept. I won't list his number and extension on here, but feel free to contact me through my email at angiewhip@aol.com if you wish to contact Detective Vandenberg.  I will be contacting him again in the morning to see what else we can do to put this woman where she belongs.  In jail!  I also had contact with another woman today Amiee.  SHE emailed me and at this point she is trying to be nice to you so she can get her items.  I won't fully publish the story because I promised her that I wouldn't because she is trying to stay on your good side, but just remember that you mentioned in these rip off reports that ANYONE that has asked for a refund has gotten one.  This woman was denied so you better produce the product to her before her friendliness turns not so friendly.  Good day.

Angie you are putting yourself hole and I will be showing you. I have no problem with Katie but she HAS NEVER emailed me EVER! I have sent her  facebook messages that she ignored so do not tell me she has emailed me when you dont know you are taking her word! You can scroll down my whole wall on Claires she has posted two times and I answered right away ONE was to THANK ME and the other was to ask about the $38 which I have tracking for showing it was delivered one month ago! I again emailed her and said that it shows delivered and if she didnt get it or misplaced it I would be more then happy to send it again. As for Suzanne she never put in an order with the gift money so I how was I suppose to fulfill that? Come on you are being rediculous! A TRUE business women that says she doesnt bad mouth other shops would have removed posts about other businesses. That is what we normal business owners do! It is unacceptable to leave something like that up and think you are behaving professionally! These women conveinently "found" you as you say because of all your mass emails you sent out! YOU are the core of the drama and nothing you can say will prove otherwise. As for your friend Angel "dessybug" she completly asked for that and I NEVER said one bad word about her I just showed the proof. You have no idea where I am with orders you go by what you hear not the TRUTH that is the problem with all of you you all share your "stories" and now you have it all screwed up so bad you cant even tell right from wrong. Amiee Sima, I am very confused.  I haven't been on this ripoffreport in a long time because I said what I had to say (the truth), you responded with some lies, including posting a picture of my gorgeous daughter and claiming that is a bow that was not intended for her (which it was).  The bows you sent for baby Kamdyn were stick on bows in a package from Hobby Lobby and you included medical lube for them.  No I did not send those to Katie after Kamdyn passed away.  I did send Katie everything else.  Remember, Katie is a friend of my family so bringing her into this situation is only going to make yourself look worse.  You did those fundraisers for baby Kamdyn and only sent SOME of the money you collected.  Sadly after Kam passed away, you never even sent Katie the money from the raffle ticket sales.  She could use that money to help out with the headstone.  Katie emailed you numerous times asking and you have ignored her email.  Katie states all of this herself on your Claire's Bowtique page on facebook (which you probably deleted Katie's statements by now).  This is a mother that had to go through what NO mother should go through.  SHe lost her infant daughter and in the meantime people along the way stepped in to help her.  You stepped in to scam her!  YOU should be ashamed!  God forbid anything like that should happen to Claire, but if it did...would you want to deal with people doing to you what you have done to Katie?  I know your response to this will be that you sent her $300 and you gave $80 of your own money, however, I KNOW you made A LOT more then that and you pocketed the extra money.  You never sent ANY of the raffle ticket money AND you never even sent the winner of the raffle ticket money her half either (Suzanne Rodriguez)!  Not to mention that those of us that bought gift cards never even received merchandise for those gift cards.  Did you really want me to bring this all up Amiee?  And as far as your last rebuttal goes, thank you for showing people what a nice and honest person I am.  I work extra hard to please all my customers and that even includes sending out free merchandise to some who were scammed by you.  What I said to April in that email (read it for yourself) is that I do NOT speak of you or Claire's Bowtique on my store page because I find that kind of drama unprofessional and customers do not like to see that childish behavior.  How did you prove in your rebuttal that that statement is untrue or that I lied?  Donna & Emily spoke of your company on my page and I didn't even add my two cents in like I could have.  I stayed mature and professional and thanked them for their business.  Had I stooped to your level, I would be saying in my comments back "yeah, that Claire's bowtique is a real scam and she rips people off".  I told your friend April in that email that you so kindly posted on here that I don't like drama and I don't like how you keep talking about me and my store to people and that I don't mention you on my store page.  And I yes I (wish I could bold letters the word I) do NOT!  I cannot help that you have made other customers angry by taking their money and not sending them product.  I would also like to say, I do not even know ANY of these women. YOu have mentioned on here several times that we are all best friends and just sticking up for each other, but I do not know these women Amiee!  We are from different states, different stories, different lives, but one thing in common...being scammed by YOU! Yes some of us have become friends now because of it, but I have never met any of these women personally.  And in closing, HOW in the world can you be working on orders all day when you are online writing about drama on your page every 2 minutes?  I work from 10 a.m. to 2 a.m. with a handful of breaks & late at night when I get online like I did now....I am shocked to see how much you have been online with drama drama drama!

Here is Angie's outburst when I confronted her on emailing my customers to get business. She keeps claiming all these people and there are just you three who are FRIENDS and posting to support each other. No one has ever been ripped off and this website is rediculous seeing as how you have no proof! Pic one is her outlash email sayiing she was going to kick my a** (mind you this is a mother of 7 and a business women) using such violence and language I wonder what happens when her kids act up. The 2nd photo is a photo of her daughter wearing a haribow that I donated to the baby she was refering too. She decided since the baby had sadly passed she could keep the donations. I sent her 3-4 hairbows and a pack of stick on bows which btw she says are junk but if you see her page and her copy minnie tutu set with the crapy lopsided head you can see she uses one of the bows on the minnie head she stated were junk. You can also compare the dates as some of her :"friends" that "liked" the photo after checking the dates and contacteing me realized she was lying and she has in fact never never ordered that from me since I released it AFTER she stopped shopping with me. She was using this to seem so odvious in her copy attempt. Lastly Mrs. Angie has has volunteralily un provoked sent tons of emails slandering me and as soon as I get every email from her printed it has already been verified that I have enough to file charges. Goof thing I just filled up my printer ink. I have every email and all my records for the donation that she says I didnt not do correctly when all that comes out I will be posting what I can from my files as per police permission if allowed. Amiee, I don't think I need to say anymore then what I have already.  I find it hard to believe that I am crazy and so are 30 some other women that have all been scammed by you.  You can't scare me with your attorney talk because you don't have a case.  It is NOT called slander it is called speaking the truth.  Yes I own my business.  It is called 4inspiration and I encourage everyone to come visit my website on facebook.  I have 100% happy customers, never a complaint, and in fact I have customers that have made their way to my site and told us on my page of being scammed by Claire's Bowtique.  Quit stealing money from innocent people!  I have had to send out 5 free orders now to people because I felt bad for them that they were scammed by you! Including one woman whos daughter never received her zebra tutu for her birthday and cried when it never came in the mail.  Don't worry...I also cleaned up that mess for you and sent it for FREE to her.  But you're right Amiee, all of us women who don't even know each other have made up all these lies about you.

This is the owner of 4inspiration so of course she has to get her two sense in seeing as how she started her own business to copy me! I have emails she sent to my customers LYING just to get business! Now she has an established fan base and that is great for her. I have all of her emails as well and I offered to drive her order all the way to her and she said no she would meet me! People like this that twist everything around they will get the karma they deserve! She has started so many lies I think she believes them! I had to file a police report against her and charges are going to be filed especially now that I have this report to show too! The donations I have all the records for and even my attorney double checked and I donated $80 of my own money above and beyond what was given. This women is sad that she has to try and being others down to only gain for herself. Sorry ladies I have done NOTHING wrong and i have my proof! No one is going down here I have every email and receipt I need to prove whatever you want to "show"
