Claire's Bowtique Amiee Sima Scammed me as well as many others by selling custom items and never sent them. Internet

Aimee Scammed me too! I became of fan of her facebook fan page and won some of her items. I sent 2 PayPal payments. One in April and One in  May. I waited months and never received anything at all except excuses. I e-mailed her repeatedly asking her if she felt right about taking peoples money and offering nothing in return. With me, she never even sent a package or pretended that she had.

She just downright refused to even check if she had made my items, she refused to send anything, and she refused a refund. She knew that the 45 days had passed for me to file a complaint with PayPal so she didn't even care. After awhile she deleted her facebook page and changed her e-mail so I had no way to contact her. She has scammed soooo many people but will not take responsibility for it.

To Aimee: If you spent half as much time actually trying to make your customers happy as you do making up excuses you wouldn't be in this position. I have been selling handmade items for 3 years on-line and have never done to anyone what you did to me and so many other people. You should be ashamed of stealing from people and not caring about it. Hope this isn't the kind of example you will set for your children.

Below is a pic of the horrible quality of her work. The letter M bow holder she finally sent me after 7 weeks of waiting. (one of the few items I actually GOT)As you can see, the paint is all splotchy, 3 of the gemstomes are missing on the crown and there was even a HAIR stuck in the paint!!!

 

I cant even hang this up and use it with hair stuck in the paint! How tacky would THAT be???

 

 

You got a refund of $10 for items you said you got so you would be owed $5 and you never paid for the blanket so if you want to push numbers you owe me.  I am NOT going to Disney I go to the Florida panhandle once a year every year and this year we are going to help with the oil spill since it affected our yearly vacation spot. It is so sick and sad that you people have to twist everything around and I am done. My childs name is not being used ina scam and you can send every agency you want here I have nothing to hide and never have! My husband has a degree and is a chemist for a very large company for your information. We do not need the Claire's money or any sceme to make a living . You are so rediculoous and I closed facebook sales since you and your little friends are so immature and now my customers can enjoy Claire's items without you harrasing them. The $.50 we make on the tutus we sell does not pay for a vacation do some math before you go posting a bunch of false accusations. Yes that is our big sceme my husband said screw my very comfortably paid job I am going to stay home and make tutus for our friends with other peoples money all day! Really? That doesnt sound stupid to you!

Yes, I sent you the exact pic of the flip flops twice. Each time you said ok. I am *still* waiting on your bows of the month club speial i purchased. You kept saying you sent the 11 bows out and provided an INVALID tracking number. They have never arrived. I have paid for them and never received them.

 

Surprisingly (NOT!) if you go to her facebook page for Claires Bowtique you will see that she had so many ppl call her out on her scamming them, that she decided to only sell on her private facebook account Amiee Mccarty Sima. This way she can rip off a bunch of new people without others who were scammed letting them know.

She is going on vacation to Disney soon with all of the money she took from me and the others. Must be nice. But you know Karma always comes back and all the bad things happening in her life must be her come uppence for scamming so many people. You know, we all work very hard for our money. We cant be just giving it away so you can go on vacation. If you need money so badly have your hubby get a real job instead of making tutus for your friends (using the money you scammed from others to pay for supplies!)

Sooner or later Amiee, you will be shut down permanently because I'm gathering together all ofthe people you have scammed and when enough file complaints you will have the better business bureau, the IRS, the law and others all breathing down your neck!

Hope your little girl isnt too ashamed when she finds out you use her name for your scamming business! Because when she grows up, a simple search will bring all of these complaints out. As you know, the internet posts never go away!!!!!

Ok first of all you NEVER sent me that photo because I would have IMEDIATLY told you those flip flops are adult size only and I NEVER advertised that I was selling them! I only showed the one pair that I made for an adult friend of mine so nice try! and 2nd I dont know if you cant read but there are still only you 4 reports. and only 2 of you really had trouble the other two are a joke and they know it! You can go on and on all you want i know the truth and so do you so karma can come after me all it wants I spent $200 making you happy and that is enough seeing as how you only paid $55.00! I looked through EVERY email and no where did you say yellow! I actualy said yellow and you said you wanted it to be girly so you wanted pink! I am not going to keep going back and forth with you.

I did not complain at first about the blanket being pink because I figured I'd just let it go But I have the email i sent to you when you showed me the fabric you chose and i said to make it yellow not pink because pink did not match.

If you go to my page and look on the wall photos and the picture of this spongebob blanket she asked me to make under photo #1 of the blnaket she says I love it. Never once did she say it was wrong until she filed this report just fishing for complaints to make.  I also have the email for her asking for zebra and hot pink flip flops which I sent her so I would love to see this photo of the "wrong" ones. I have the email order that shows she would like to order zebra/hotpink flip flops and since they are wrong I want to see why. Everytime I ask she cant tell me. I find it insulting that so much time and money went into this customer and now she is just fishing for complaints. I also find it comical that these women "claim" they have all these people that have been ripped off, Um laides its been 7 days since you filed this and you (who are all friends) are the ONLY ones here! Sounds like the only ones lying here are you!

I NEVER said I did not receive anything from you. YES I got a spongebob dress, a minnie mouse top, a pink tutu (but no shorts to wear with it! cause you didnt send those) I got flip flops twice but they are THE WRONG ONES! The blanket, I asked you specific for a YELLOW background. pink does not match the front. yet you sent a pink one. ITWAS NOT what I ordered. Why should I be happy with stuff I DID NOT order. YOU screwed up!

And you expect me to take just any 11 bows. That was NOT what I paid for. i paid for custom bows of my chosing!

I did not ask Angie or Donya for a single thing. They OFFERED to send my girls something to help brighten them up since they were sad that YOU ripped them off of their birthday stuff. So you see, those women CAREd enough to send a child something since you STOLE from them.

Would you like me to post the photos of your kids wearing my stuff and the retail values because I can. You owe me for the sponge bob blanket that is not paid for. I sent your bom's you can check your paypail for tracking the $10 you paid is for the flops and bows you have and the first payment is all evened out you have the items. All I owe you is 11 bom's which you got for $15 for 12 bows so I am not sure what you have to complain about had I refunded your $15 and not given you the 12 bows you would have never found 12 bows for that price elsewhere. The truth did come out today though. You want people to feel sorry for you and they did and you got two sets of free outfit s for it so your whinning and lies paid off good for you. I am glad some people are so dishonest they guilt people into doing things for them. I hope that makes you feel good you are good at making people bend over for you arent you? I spent 2 hours driving to get you just the right sponge bob fabric for  your babies dress. then I spent another 4 hours making you a blanket I told you was not good doing the side ties and you said I like that style hey I warned you. So I have so many hours invested into your order should I be charging you for my unapprecaited time and effort? I didnt even charge you shipping which all in all cost me $69.00 ($10 first order, $12 2nd order, $12 2nd order resend, $15 to Donya for correction shipping, and $20 to for the other shipping that they didnt do) theblanket cost me $30 and you never paid for that so we are $99 out of my pocket trying to please you NOT counting the money I spent on your other items I have about $200 into your order and I think I know and it is clear here who is at wrong. I will no longer be offering customs thanks to you. You have to ruin it for the good honest people that apprecaite sellers for their hard work. Have a good life I can bet you willhave problems in the future with other sellers as you are for sure a "high maintance" one that we all try to avoid.

She DID refund my 1 paypal payment of 30.00

That takes care of 1 transaction. We had 4 total transactions. I DID receive in the mail today, the blanket, the bow holder, a pair of flip flops that are the WRONG ones and useless to us. and 2 butterfly clips. (I will not even go into the bad quality of the work)

BUT the pink dot shorts, the zebra flower clip, the zebra bow, and the correct flip flops ARE STILL MISSING AND NOT RECEIVED!

IF I do receive anything else I will surely update. I believe in being honest and am always ready to give my fair honest opinion. The 30.00 refund is a START but she has other ammends to make if she wants me to be satisfied as the 30.00 was only 1 of our transactions.

 

She has refunded me the 1 paypal payment of 30.00

however she still refuses to refund me the 15.00 for her bow of the month club even though i have not gotten my 12 bows. She just flat out refuses to refund me.

So in my opinion, she still owes me the 15.00 for bow of month club. She also owes me a portion of my first payment because I still have not received all of my items. I have not gotten the right zebra flip flops, the zebra flower clip, the pink dot shorts. If she makes these things right by me, I will retract my previous statements and update.

I have our emails hun including the one were i sent you a FREE $30 blanket since the pne was lost and your 3rd package was sent I have tracking for it and why dont y ou check paypal you have a refund for your $30 gift card and I uploaded tracking on the 11 bows for bow of the month you wanted that you CHOOSE! I am done being nice to you! I will be posting your emails saying that Donya is sending you your order and I ahve trracking for that! I am so tired of your games~!
