This is regarding the attempted break into my house on November 19th, 2009, that the Clark County Sheriff's Office refused to investigate after realizing the vehicle used belongs to the P.I. firm my family hired to keep me under surveillance (it is illegal for P.I.s to try to break into anybody's house).  I told Dep. Paulson who I thought was behind this attempt and that in order to find out my address they needed detectives (and wouldn't you know?  The vehicle belongs to P.I.s!).  Dep. Paulson, after running the license plate and seeing it belongs to the detectives my family hired, told me that because the vehicle wasn't stolen he wouldn't investigate or tell me who the woman was, and that she was trying to serve me papers.
Those are lies.
He also didn't allow me to file a police report.
I finally filed a police report by EMAILING IT, because every time I went to the Sheriff's Office they wouldn not let me file a police report.
Over an attempted break in.

By having me followed, my family found out which vets I was taking my dog to and paid the vets to kill him.

The Clark County Sheriff's Office knew what was going on and never tried to warn me to prevent a tragedy.

Here's a picture of an email in which the writer says the Clark County Sheriff's Office couldn't find a personal connection between two people who used to be facebook friends.  A simple google search shows the personal connection and that they used to be facebook friends.  Law enforcement has access to google and many more sources.  Claiming they couldn't find a personal connection between those two people, when a simple google search shows otherwise, is a lie.

I did change my phone number (unlisted now) and my email addresses.

Internal affairs is not an option - I already filed a service complaint against Sgt. Dennis Pritchard.  However, I've filed complaints.  Now I'm awaiting the replies.

I found out the reason why Dep. Paulson did not investigate the attempted break into my house on November 19th, 2009 is because the vehicle belongs to the P.I. firm my family hired to follow me, and that my family had contacted the Clark County Sheriff's Office in advance to tell them they were going to have me under surveillance and for the Sheriff's Office not to interfere.  The P.I's lawyer wrote a letter stating those facts.

Some of the people I wrote to are stalking victims' rights organizations.  Law enforcement is not supposed to help stalkers in the commission of crimes, and there were far too many red flags for the sheriff's office to ignore.

IF you keep calling the Police with these "issues" they can and WILL take you to a Mental Health facility where you will be for at least a 72 hour hold to see if you are competent.

Get some help before you end up in a place you will regret.

Today there is a white car parked in fornt of my house license plate ABU1140.  I called 911 asking who this was.  Sgt. Eatman called back saying there is no car.  I said I took pictures.  I called 911 again and they said I need to contact Sgt. Dennis Pritchard.  I've filed a service complaint against Dennis Pritchard.  As of right now, 2 pm, the white car is still in front of my house.  Here is the picture.

My family's man-servant Dep. Chuck Kerr is outside my door pounding it like a maniac.  I saw through the peephole and he's not wearing his police uniform.  I am very scared and will not open the door, I don't know what he wants to do to me but I am very scared.  Right now it's 12 noon.  He's been here for the past ten minutes.  Yesterday he and another man were pounding at my door for over an hour.

Please, if somebody knows a good civil rights attorney, let him/her contact me.  this harasment must stop and I am very scared for my life and the lives of my dogs.  Please.  He's still pounding at my door.  He's not wearing his deputy's uniform.  He is here because my family sent him, and that can only be for something bad.  I will post again if he leaves, but if I don't please contact whichever authorities are in charge of investigating corrupt dirty cops.  They must investigate the Clark County Sheriff's Office in Vancouver, WA.  Please.  I'm very scared.

Real simple. Get a gun. Let them break in, then kill them. Problem solved.

Change your phone number to an unlisted one.
Change your email provider and account.
Get some GOOD security on your computer.

If there is abuse of the system as you allege, as to the waste of resources, etc., file written complaints via certified mail, return reciept requested.
File these complaints with the internal affairs department, as well as the county commissioners, etc. How about a news station?

Attached is a letter that will explain better how corrupt the Clark County Sheriff's Office is.  They knew from the very beginning I was under surveillance because the people who hired the detectives contacted the sheriff's office and told them not to interfere with what they were going to do to me.  Notice that the vets that tortured and killed my dog Toby started doing so at the end of 2009, after Laurie Debauw admits she was hired by my family to follow me.  when I called 911 on november 19th about the attempted break into my house and they ran the plate, they saw it belonged to Girl Friday Investigations, the detectives hired by my family, and that's why they told me they wouldn't investigate and lied that the woman was trying to serve me papers.  They knew she was not.
By having me under surveillance, my family found out which vets I was taking my dog to, and paid them to kill him.  Toby was poisoned, given arsenic in his medications, and finally murdered at the ICU.
The Clark County Sheriff's Office also know that my phone has been tapped and my emails hacked.  They continue to refuse to let me file police reports.
They also know my family reported me a missing person and tried to declare me legally dead, and that my mother stole a large amount of money that belongs to me through an inheritance.  None of these facts stopped them form aiding and abetting them.

I filed a restraining order against Laurie Debauw, the detective.  The judge decided he wouldn't count her attempted break into my house and DISMISSED MY CASE, so she can continue keeping me under surveillance and relating my every move to my family.  I have no police protection at all.  It's a very scary thought that criminals can tell Sheriff Lucas what to do and Sheriff Lucas will oblige.

It's so easy to commit crimes in Clark County, WA:  All a criminal has to do (providing they are wealthy, of course) is call the sheriff's office in advance and tell them not to interefere with their crimes and to disregard the victim.

By not telling me the woman who tried to break into my house was a detective hired by my family and that I was under surveillance, they made it easy for my family to find out where my dog was and pay the vets to harm and kill him.  The Clark County Sheriff's Office has Toby's blood on his hands.
