I don't know if this "Ann" is Jay Fellers mother, sister or girlfriend but for sure she's not one of the many victims of Fellers contractor scamming which at last count has yielded 4 complaints to the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation and a forfeiture of his license.  Jay looked us straight in the eye and lied to us, never showing up at the job site again, leaving it open to the elements as winter approached.  Do not trust this man to do ANYTHING for you.

Jay Fellers ran Class A Building with pride and respected all his clients. Unfortunately, Jay was naive and did not realize that his partner Craig Tadlow was under bidding jobs and behaving with malicious intent toward Mr.Fellers and his homeowners. Jay Fellers is a dilligent, committed, respectful and mindful builder and human being. He championed for all his homeowners. The blame lay on Craig and sadly the immaturity, and trusting, naive ways of Jay and this being his first time owning a company. He realized after all this he should have done a criminal background check, because Craig's deceitful behavior and criminal past is abundantly clear and obvious. Craig should be in prison for what he did to the home owners and Jay Fellers.
