BEWARE of this business. There is something very unethical about how this guy operates. I fully understand requiring a deposit for services, which I gladly obliged upon my leave for duty in Iraq. What transpired while I was away serving this country was his constant harassment via phone calls with my pregnant wife stating he (Bob) needed more money to continue with the restoration on my vehicle. He actually drove to MA numerous times to pick up the money from her and she obliged because she knew how important it was to have the truck completed prior to my return to the states.

Upon my return a year later I expected to have my truck....unfortunately, it wasn't completed. When I went to check on the progress, all he had done was remove the truck bed and both quarter panels!!! Please keep in mind that we - a new family - had over $17,000 invested in it already and "thought" that it would be in "showroom" condition. Nothing was done. What he did was take our money and promise us it would be exactly what we agreed upon. Every day and every week was becoming a nightmare with him. He kept no record of what he stated he purchased or time spent, or should I say, what little time he spent on it. After spending the money we saved to purchase a home we got a family member involved who had documented what was to be done, how much it would cost and how much more we would give him. The truck was promised to be finished by mid November, 2012. He would send us a pic and say it was getting close but he would state that he needed more money. When we went to look at it before giving him another dime, it was a shock! It was still in pieces and what he had done was a shoddy job that anyone would be appalled. The agreement he signed and agreed to had not been fulfilled so we refused to give him anymore money. He (Bob Waller) stated he would get it done in the next week.

The next week came and upon a phone call to Bob, he stated it was looking real good but it wasn't ready. The next thing received was a text message stating that he needed more money to finish the job because he didn't have any money to buy his family christmas gifts!!! That's when we decided to get the truck. I still have some parts up there that I have to retrieve and hopefully I won't have to call the New Boston PD to help me. For the record, he used the excuse often that he couldn't "get the part" and that's what was holding up the progress. However, I found every one of the parts he stated he couldn't, paid for them, and had them delivered to him within three days. I'm into this truck for $30,000.00
