Then I landed to this site and see ALL of these complaints against Classic Closeouts! Another person in this complaint section is the mirror image of my problem. This MasterCard Classic Closeouts charged is the same card I used to make my Feb 2007 purchase.
I do not know what is going on. I too tried calling them this morning and there was no answer, but I left very detailed, unhappy messages to Customer Svc. to Accounts Payable, and to Administration. I E-mailed them also; no replies. I so wish that my bill had came yesterday (Friday)!
If a lawsuit will form, please include me, because had I not look at my transaction history, they would have gotten a free $69.95. Many people do not look at their statements when they haven't been using a particular card.
