Fortunately, my credit card company credited my account for an unauthorized charge from classmates.com but I'm sure I will need to watch for the same charge next year.  Can't they be stopped?  I succumbed to a 9.99 trial offer last year and did not authorize automatic renewal but, as with other complaints I have seen, a $39.00 charge mysteriously appeared on my bill.

There is no way to contact them without logging in and my account stopped working just a month into the service.  Calling is also a wasted effort.  There was a phone number on the credit card bill but they never answer.

Is anyone doing anything about them?

Cancel THAT credit card. If it's tied directly to a bank account. Close that account and open a new one. Problem solved. It works.
