It's also really cute how they give you no way to contact a human being. They show a phone number, you call it and it tells you to go to the internet and than hangs up with no other options.

In this case they eventually resolved the problem. I would recommend being persistent. They offered to refund your money once - call back until it happens. Take down the name of the customer service agent who tells you they are going to make it happen so you give it to a manager if you need to.
