Classmates.com classmates ripoff, not able to cancel or get refund Internet

Does your business have a bad reputation?
Fix it the right way.

They have failed twice to answer my request and continue to automatically withdrawal their fee from my account.
They refuse to refund the money but have offered me a full membership for half price. When you don't get what you want, that's not a service.
My advice--don't go to classmates.com. Find some other way to contact friends.
