I have tried twice to cancel my membership with classmates.
They have failed twice to answer my request and continue to automatically withdrawal their fee from my account.

They refuse to refund the money but have offered me a full membership for half price. When you don't get what you want, that's not a service.

My advice--don't go to classmates.com. Find some other way to contact friends.

They tried the same to me

AUTHOR: Peggy - (U.S.A.)

Contact your credit card company (assuming it was charged on your card) and file a dispute. They'll reverse the charge Classmates made as it was not authorized. The same thing happened to me when they renewed my membership without my consent. I called my credit card company and they gave me my money back.
