Clayton Homes , Vanderbilt Mortgage ripoff , black toxic mold , harassment , join class action lawsuit . . . Maryville Tennessee

i would like to file a report against clayton homes and vanderbilt mortgage . it all started when our trailer was brought and set up . the top seal was busted on the roof , it rained soon after and flooded what was to be my child's bedroom , they were called and immediately came out to fix it or to cover it up . there fix squirt silcone over the top window seal . then they preceded under the trailer and cut a small slit in the underlinement to allow the water to drain , after this they placed a piece of tape over the hole and left .

well everything was fine we assumed it was fixed and went on . a year later the bedroom under the windows and around the walls are covered in black mold . we can not afford to have it tested to see if it is toxic or not. my children have had severe upper respritory promblems from the mold? when called and told about the continuing promblem they said they were not liable because the 1 year warrenty had expired .

they were then threatened with a lawyer and quickly offered to come out and fix it . but never came. when it rains now the whole front side of the trailer leaks around the walls . we refused to pay the payments until it was fixed . they then called my mother and father and told them both that they were going to come take the home and the land if we did not make a payment by 12 that friday . because we were in default . this is a violation of the privacy act.

they are now telling us that our insurance payments are going up from 80 a month to 90 a month . when we contacted natiowide they queted 37 a month for even more coverage . when we told them we wanted to drop there insurance we were told that we could if we had proof from the other insurer , but the money we had put in escrow was theres and we could not be reimbursed for it.

this company is thriving of the poor . it is owned by berkshire hathaway one of th richest company in the us . this company has to be stopped. laws are ment to protect consumers , why arent lawyers jumping all over this . if anyone wants to contact me about this please do my email is (((ROR REDACTED EMAIL ADDRESS FOR SECURITY PURPOSES))).

so please do so if anyone wants to form a class action lawsuite against clayton please email i will give my phone number and we can all ban together if we get 20-50 people we can get any lawyer in the country to go after vanderbilt and clayton . there is no way they can refuse . dont be scared we have to stop this piracy.
