Clayton Homes my husband was layed aff after 25 years,we tried to work with them to get lower payments they were rude an would not help us at all,so we lost our home an they got our land, winston salem, North Carolina

We bought a home from them an evrythg went wrong,we were suppose to have 2 bdrm an we got 3 they covered 1 wall an knocked another out an messed up the walls an did not fix told inspectors it was office couldnt get sewer right they hooked up an told us after inspector left unhook washer an tubs let water run in creek,there were cracks all in ceilings ,floors were a mess holes in kitchen,carpet was nailed down with ten penny nails,they put home in wrong spot now it about to fail down hill,an my husband got layed off after 25 years,we tried to work everything out with them ,they would not budge,wouldnt lower payments or nothing,so they got our home an land,we got nothing,they were the ruidist people i have ever had to work with,they were calling all my family giving them all our information even ss numbers that company is nuts beware of them,,we waited our whole life for home an thats what happened.Good luck if u dealing with them........
