They lied to us about being able to receive and energy efficient rebate, because they gave us the wrong heat/ac unit.  They said we have footers so that we would be able to get brick later, come to find out we don't.  Many defects inside that their worker came out to fix, he would get here at noon every day, he would take his sweet time and really not fix anything- he would be on his phone and eat.  Then he would leave at 4pm and without accomplishing anything.

The back door leaks in bad rain storms, flooded our whole kitchen and laundry room, which will set up mold.  They have treated us like crap from the beginning.  First when it was being set up, we were outside next door and the boy working on our porches had his family over.  The mother, father, sister, and huge furry dog.  We heard them talking and saying they wanted to go inside and see the house, just as they opened the door and headed in with the DOG that had been in mud, we went off on them and told them to get out of our home, the police were called and they were made to leave,  then the contractor treated us like we were in the wrong. 

Then when we mentioned all the problems inside we were told that we were being too picky.  Also the grading for our home is all wrong when it rains it fills up the yard like a bath tub, washes our driveway away, and runs under our home.  The vapor barrier was also installed the wrong way.  We were suppose to get a new well pump and never received one.
