demanded full upfront payment even with a sub $200 job, couldn't float
the money? When issues arose such as poor material quality, I received
dial tone from the managing director.
Did I mention when I signed the paperwork when completed, part of the
markup on the invoice included additional product samples I never asked
for or ordered but was charged, gas charges for the F250, delivery fees
and yes, the estimate was a design consultation fee, not a free
estimate! The managing director still wasnt happy and retained another
$10 of my money. I HAD NO RECOURSE SINCE I PREPAID.
