I'm not appreciates these inappropriate professor Internet company ever I have. Clear-wire seems not understandable people's situation and going-on.
Wife and I are deaf. We're required to have high speed for our videophone. We cannot speak on the telephone as well as hearing people does because we cannot understand and cannot hear a telephone as clearly as hearing people does.
We decided to have internet what we really needed. We went to the store called radio shack. I always ensure by asking the questions what we expect to have/need.
The guy said "It unlimited high speed internet, should be fine. Should work on videophone." I asked him "If it doesn't work on my videophone as well... What should we do." He explains every thing but except not the rules/polices yet before contract yet. He said "call clearwire for refund and return."
So We don't see the polices/rules yet... I ensure to asked him the question "Will it charge us the return fee or else?" He said "NO, doubt if videophone not working." Then we just went completed the contract.
I'm computer geek. I know a lot of computer, internet, modem, and router. I built the one of my pc tower. Which mean I aren't that dumb enough to believe the guy said.
I went home to set-up the clearwire modem by my self. I tried fix videophone into to work. Not working at all... So I called Clear Tech support. They explained me how to do so. I fixed the modem to the better place from what they said. Still the same problem with signal and even videophone not working at all. Clearwire customer service said "Don't worry, this month will be better, will set another tower, will make even better with strong signal...blah blah"
Wife and I asserted to canceled account with Clearwire. Customer service asked us "WHY..." What the hell they're thinking... asked us the stupid question alike childish "WHY" which aren't professor. They ought to accept and DO the process without the inappropriate professor question "WHY".
They ought to know better instead off saying "WHY" My opinion BECAUSE CLEARWIRE HAVING A LOT INTERNET SIGNAL PROBLEM!! HELLO!
So I explained them the "why" situations. They said "why couldn't videophone work..blah" DUH! Videophone required to have high speed internet. Also We're deaf, we need videophone to communication with our family, friends, important stuff, and job.
They said will send us return information through email in 24-48 days. Also they'll charge us 120 dollars for canceled fee. Well... I'm totally disappoint at these customer service who has very icy cold heart who don't understand my situation which I need high speed internet for my videophone is because we're deaf. Only used for two weeks even I've tried/efforts my best get thing to fix but unfortunately not work at all. Also their internet disconnect once a while. What a lousy, inappropriate professor business, and icy cold heart!
I'm not happy at all! I would not allowed them to charge us an stupid unreasonable fee.
From my advices DO NOT CONTRACT CLEARWIRE ACCOUNT or THEY'll BE YOUR NIGHTMARE! CLEARWIMARE! <- FACTS!
