Clear Credit, My Perfect Credit, 1st Credit Of America ripoff never had service or recieved from them trying to collect 219+ None Given Internet

I was contacted 2 days ago and today by 1st Credit of America on a bill supposedly from Clear Credit. Aside from being rude they refused to note that the amount is in dispute and they refused to send me any supporting documentation that I owe the bill. I also advised them that my wife and I were currently going through a Ch 7 Bk and that I would not pay this bill. They then refused to take my attorneys name and our Bk case number. Today they called and it was a repeat of everything from 2 days ago aside from the fact that we can not and did not claim them in our ch 7 as we just found out about this bill. I told them that I was going to give them my attrnys name phone and case number and then they could not call me anymore. They said they will not accept that info and that they would call until we paid the bill and that it was in our best interest to pay our bill. I managed to tell them our attorneys name then she interupted and told me that did not matter. I then told her that i would be contacting the FTC and the attorney generals office and the BBB and our attorney and that she was not to call us anymore as she had our attorneys name and any calls were to be sent to him. I then asked for the company address and after throwing her weight around and trying to tell me that she could call us dispite the ch 7 and that she was not going to be calling our attorney she told me to pay our bill. I again asked for the address and she refused again and then hung up on me.

I have already filed with the FTC and the Oregon Attorney Generals office however after researching a little on this web site I am not to hopeful but first thing on monday I will be going to my attorneys office with this info and some info here off this site.

Through this web site I discovered 2 or 3 collection companies related to 1st Credit of America that we did file on in our Bk. This will be interesting to see what happens. I will post more later.
