I signed on to work with Clear Creek Consulting in 2008 with help to my tax debt. I got a few calls here and there, I was pushing them off til I was ready to pay them. I got a call from a male every few days asking if I was ready to go, he wanted to get my paper upstairs. I finally paid them 5800 to get this taken care of. I was thinking that I pay them I have to just sit back and relax. I also had a personal case with a busniess. I gave them my social credit card number for the first payment, then my checking account for the next payment. Someone there must have wrote it down.
About 2 weeks later, my bank there was money missing. I went to the bank and they had to track where the items purchased on the internet were going to. They let me know that it was from a town called Thornton Colorado. I checked on a map where that location is from where the company that I just hired was located, and found to be very close.
I have done my research and learned if you do hire Clear Creek Consulting, you are hiring FELONS!! I am very suprised that you can get a job with personal information like this being passed around. Please be careful with the information that you are giving to this company. I would hate to see other stories on here about this.
All in all, my bank did refund my money for me, and I hope they are going to find the people that did this to me.

Please be careful with the information that you are giving to this company. I would hate to see other stories on here about this.

I can not recommend Clear Creek

I was in the process of signing up with Clear Creek before doing some research on this company. Based on what I have read and my communications with Clear Creek, I can not recommend doing business with this company. Many of the same promises I have read about, were also made to me. I received another call from Clear Creek (David) today and I advised him that I did not have interest in doing business with Clear Creek due to their poor track record and the people they RIPPED OFF. He attempted to convince me that "RIP OFF REPORT" is posting false reports and he also claims that they have a great record with the Better Business Bureau - sounds like he needs to do a little more research on the company he works for. The conversation ended with him telling me "Your an asshole and we don't want to help you", then he hung up on me. I hope this helps keeping at least one person from getting ripped off.

I did work there before and very glad to get out!!! The reports about the drugs and drug dealers are VERY true. Denette which many people who work with them know her, sells coke on lunch to friends and co workers- when she offered me to buy some I was shocked. They have employees that sell drugs to take care of their family and they are huge on welfare fraud-- which are under investigation. Kelly LaBelle, who is the execitve something there who is a joke-- she writes the adams county social services and says that her employees only make 7.10 an hour and she is not making any commisions... the girl that they are lying for is a drug dealer, and lies to the government which is going to unwrap before her eyes- they will all be in trouble!! But besides that they all do drugs in the parking lot and chris the owner is a nice guy but he is just has horrible employees!
I would never give my information to this company, I'm sorry they already have my social from working there!! For real, they will be in trouble soon enough :) I would love to know who the other ex employees are on here though!! Thanks! I hope everyone reads this and understand, its not about sour ex employees, Its about a company that is ripping people off-- the managers lol are a joke-- call and talk to David Duffy and you are going to talk to him all drunk he always smells like he is drunk-- everyone goes to eat on lunch and gets to drink and come back to work-- Oh when you are trying to call someone that you have talked to before and they are not there and they are on their vacation leave--- LOL they are in jail--
So thats all-- lol its a joke but life!

ARE YOU SERIOUS.. Somebody needs to investigate this. Its funny that you say that, and its funny that you say that all employees get a "thorough screening". Obviously you do not do a thorough background check, or drug screening. I can't believe people trust you with their money let alone all their personal information. Being an ex employee I know for a fact there are nothing but felons working for your company, most are still on probation or parole, some who are in and out of jail all the time. I know most all of your employees do drugs, they even do drugs right in the parking lot of your own business. To make it even better your employees are DEALING drugs right in your own parking lot, Don't get me wrong but isn't that illegal??? At lunch your employees get wasted then come back to work drunk. I know management is aware of this issue because it has been brought up to our attention in meetings. But yet nothing is done, its just a slap on the wrist like these felons are use to. Maybe management doesn't do anything about it because they are the ones who are doing the drugs and better yet buying the drugs. Do you really want these people handling your personal information and your hard earned money?? So they can turn around and rob you so its like your contributing to their addictions. Just a little something to think about when dealing with CCC.

I was indeed a victim of theft. I just opened that account to work with your company. There was no way for any of my banking information to get out anywhere else. Isn't it just a little crazy that Westminister CO, is VERY Close to Thornton Co? I think so. This is going to be investigated and I hope you lose one of the felons that are working for your company, for the crime they did. I do still have a copy of the contracts and the information that I was faxed from your company. After I was hired on the next day about 9:30 I recieved a call from a female name Kristian. I am very confused on how I am lying about this. I'm not sure if there is a way but I can post my bank statement on here after I blur out all my personal information. Please let me know where to post this information for the public viewing. I will also post my phone records of the calls that were made from Clear Creek Consulting. Although there were a few numbers on my caller Id from the company. They call and call and call. One more question, how are you to know Brandon every name that hires you by heart, if you guys get so many clients. You get them with lies.

I have worked with Clear Creek for a number of years now. We have grown from just a few employees to over 100. I enjoy working there knowing all the great work we do for our clients.
I happen to know the above ex-employee and understand why they are bitter. They underperformed time and time again and happen to recently get in legal troubles themselves. I believe that is why they had to be let go.
Clear Creek takes pride in all of its employees and does a thorough screening before any hiring takes place.
Buyer should beware of many companies that do not perform for their clients. Do your homework and check on Clear Creek. They have hundreds of happy client references listed on their website. They must be doing something right.

I worked for CCC in 2007-2008. I worked on several ends of the operation. According to Brandon Cope they saved a client 170k in Penalty and Interest. First off there is absolutely no abatement of the interest portion of the liability! From time to time there is a narrative that can be filed in regards to the penalty portion of the liability.
In my encounters at CCC- the marketing end being the closers-NOT SENIOR TAX CONSULTANTS these men are comprised of freshly released felons who have the gift of gab- I will not even begin to explain. CCC will charge you an initial retainer fee- and yes you will be hit up for more money. Their pitch is garbage and they make us in the tax world look like scum.
I can sell my service and be 100% honest. CCC lies and it is no wonder that this poor woman had her info stolen. Clear Creek Felons led by felons drunks and drug users. Buyer beware and do your research

In researching our records, we did not locate any client by the name of Allison, let alone a client from Chicago, Illinois. Furthermore, in speaking with our bank, there has not been a debit or credit of any kind associated with this person, nor do we have a record of ever being hired by this person.
