As an example we have gotten 43 phone calls since April 24th and today is May 3. This has got to stop and They have to go away and now is not fast enough.

If they are calling because you owe them money - it's still harrassement - but they will at least have a reason for it, and likely a policy. If this is the case - you would do well to contact whoever handles consumer protection in your state and file a report.
