I'm a former employee of clear creek and want the public to know about these practices of so called tax law. First off they don't have real attorneys it says right in their client service agreement. Second they will tell you that the process takes 30-45 days and that's bull. They will also always ask you for more money and a lot of the times they don't get the job done. For example when i started at clear creek a friend of mine hired this company to do an abatement for a refund to his business and that did not happen they charged him 1200.00 to do this job and 6months later told him there's nothing they can do and just said so sorry. NO REFUND FOR SERVICES NOT DONE! A week later he committed suicide. I was planing on going to a firm that has a money back guarantee and when they found this out they fired me. So here you go public don't hire a tax firm unless they have a good rating with the BBB or a money back guarantee. DON'T HIRE CLEAR CREEK

I am a very happy client of this company, I dont know what your talking about? You sound like a bitter ex employee rather than some one who actually cares people get ripped off. Sounds like you lived it up during your stay with them huh? Also, just wondering, your saying your friend killed himself over 1200 dollars and a tax debt? Just sayin?
