I wanted to make any consumer or client aware of this so called tax resolution firm.  I am a former employee there so I know how this company operates.  I had a problem with how the Senior Associated meet their monthly goals by obtaining "retainer" from their clients.  Each Senior Associate has a monthly go they must obtain- if they do not hit their goal, they get paid crap- so they will lie through their teeth to cheat their "clients" out of any penny they can.  The Senior Associate will make promised that CAN NOT be done to get people to spends thousands of dollars to Clear Creek that they could be just paying towards their liability. 

 Clear Creek says that the clients are the MOST important thing, honestly- all that the Senior Associate and the VP of Services cares about is hitting the monthly goals- they don't give a shit about their clients- they actually call their clients idiots- and say that if a client gets levied of a lien placed on them that they got what they deserved.  Trust me- they treat their Junior Associate like dogs, so what makes you think they would treat their clients any better.
They will basically tell you an amount that you need to pay for them to complete your case from start to finish, but then 2 months later- they will demand you pay several thousand more to them or they will send you to collections.  They will also dangle finished work over the clients head- they will say they complete an Offer in Compromise, but you need to pay $3000 more for them to send it to the IRS or an Installment Agreement Request, etc. 
This company has had their BBB rating stripped as of July 25th 2011 due to not meeting the BBB standards and they have crooked, unethical practices. 

 I will not ame names because the Senior Associates who do this know who they are, they are about 4 Senior Associate Attorneys that are actual good people their- but for the other 12-15, they are nothing but scum.  Like I said in the beginning- I saw it first hand, I was there to listen to the phone calls of the lies they tell just to get your hard earned money.  My advice- do your research, and what many people don't know is that everybody in this situation has the ability and the right to handle installment agreements, offer in compromises, etc yourself.  Call and get a taxpayer advocate at the IRS- they are their and looking out for the best interest of the taxpayer, not some firm that has changed it's name how many times due to so much bad consumer feedback. 

 Potential clients- just do your research, you may end up walking away $10,000 further into debt, with no resolution and even a bigger tax liability due to penalties and interest.  Take the money and apply it to your tax liability! 
I am only saying this because I saw first hand the damage this company did to dozens of people and how unhappy so many clients were- I worked their for 2 years made $14 an hour and worked my ass off while the Senior Associates scammed people out of their money and and made $100,000 plus a year.
