I saw an ad on the internet about a Clear Spot promo and a 30 day free trail. I called and received their modem and the Apollo hot spot device. They charged $80 to my account for the "installation / connection" fee. I thought a free trail offer was free, but i guess i was wrong. After 3 days of playing with both devices i came to the conclusion that it was not for me. Connection was very bad and the device barely worked indoors. It was not compatible with my wife's work at home networking and unsuitable for my work space. I immediately called to cancel service and return both devices. Customer service was quick and assured me that the service had been cancelled an that i would receive a refund in the whole amount which i was charged. They instruct me to check my email for the postage and to print it out and send the devices back. After 2days of waiting for their email and realizing that both devices still had service on them, i was fed up so i called again. This time they pretended i never called to begin with and proceeded to do as i told them. They transferred me to account services and i went through the same process. After explaining myself to the service person he assured me that is would be taken care of and then he unbelievably tried to tell me that he would send me a gift certificate for $40 if i could pass on the device to someone else who was interested in Clear service. He literally asked me to solicit people for him. After 10 minutes of telling him that there was no way in h**l i would refer someone to something i didnt was myself, he finally gave in saying that i didn't quite understand him. At that point i started to get very agitated and the F bombs started coming out uncontrollably. I then scared him by letting him know that he was being recorded, I have my lawyer on the line, I knew albert acruri and would contact him pronto, and that i would report him to BBB, FBI, and ORLANDO police. I think i scared him because right after he told me to check my email within 24hr for the postage paperwork which i thought was strange since that should only take seconds and would instantly be in my email. I just got off the phone with him 10mins ago and Im pretty sure there wont be any email and that they are taking me for a ride to steal my money!. WHAT SHOULD I DO!!!!!!!!!????????????????
