Purchased this internet in January of 2011, we used it until about October of 2011. We wanted to cancel in August-September, but they wouldnt let us. Everytime we called, one: they speak very broken english...two: they never understood anything that I or my wife was saying. And then they would transfer us, to what sounded like the SAME person just 15 minutes later...After we Finally canceled it was the end of OCTOBER.. november 1st, it didnt work any more, we said hey want us to send back the 4g device, they said no we payed for that so now its ours..? so we unplugged it, took out the batterys, and totally disabled it from being used. then TWO WEEKS later around the 15 when we would pay it, they called my cellphone and said we owed 350$ for "over usage" we said no way we literally have not used it since last month.. we argued and I didnt want to deal with it anymore which was probably not the smartest thing looking back, and we payed on the 15 of NOVEMBER 2011. THEN comes december... around the 15 they call, AGAIN and say we owe almost 400$... we say um what? no no no... we HAVE a completely NEW internet company. time warner cable. And we argued and they changed the price, to 350$? which seemed kinda weird, but we argued and we did not want the stress anymore, so we just payed, then a week later? they call us AGAIN!!! and we say no do not call us anymore, we have had another internet company, dont call us again or youll be hearing from our lawyer. So we happened to change our credit cards, and they call us a week later... saying the bill due for JANUARY cant go through they need a new card to put on file... so we said we want you to send us all of the invoices to our home address and they say ok and hang up.... then JULY 2012... we get a a bill from collections!!!!! saying we OWE 550!!!!! seriously WTF? I hope this company goes bankrupt. The internet was not only horrible, slow, and a rip off, it was such a waste of time.
