Ceramic Tile and Natural Stone hired Clear Creektax / Audra Rusell senior associateon June of 2010.They promised to resolve all of our IRS issues and reduce interests and penalties.All they did was debit my bank account instead of solving my tax issues.We gave them complete trust and even signed a power of attorney.Nothing was ever done.My bank account was levyed twice and all they said wasthat i would get reimbursed,and that they were working on my case. All they did was ask for more money when nothingwas ever done.The total amount paid to them was 5,202.00
