I have had clear.com service for almost 2 years now - soo far the service has been really good- I took it with me on a cruise and when we hit land - it picked up service right away. For the last 3 weeks I noticed I couldn't get 4G service AT ALL. So I switched over to my 3G but could not view any video content thru 3G. On Saturday 29th of Sept. 2012 noticed my wifi box repeatedly over & over going on and off - called Clear.com to report this issue - after about 45 mins on phone the rep then said after putting me on hold for a while said seems that specific model you have is defective- only 2 others have reported it so we will replace it for a $9.95 FedEx fee - I said OK. The $9.95 fee was charged - then another $61.00 unauthorized charge - after a useless 1 hour phone call to the philipino customer service agent - could not explain the additional charge - now I have to call my bank to reverse the charges. They double charged me a year and half ago so this company should be looked into !!!!
They have the worst customer service I have EVER encounted.
