Clearwater Communications Inc. TMG and the Merl Group Stephen Kordella Aventura, Florida

Stephen Kordella is a heartless, using, manipulative man, responsible for the wasted months of heartache for many good people over the past 4 years. He finds college students, right out of school to use for a few months to make a quick buck for himself and then discards them.

When you go in for your interview he tells you that this is a quickly expanding business with a lot of room for growth and tells you that you're special and that you'll be his rising star. When in reality it's very difficult to make the sales and connections necessary to make ends meet in your life. After a few months he tells you, "I don't think this business is for you, you're not making the money needed to support yourself and maybe you should consider finding another path."

This makes you feel like he's looking out for your best interests. When in reality it's so you'll sign his release saying that you left for personal reasons and of your own accord so you can't collect unemployment from him if you hit that rock bottom portion of your life. Like I said, he's very manipulative. 

I know people who are still in this business with him, they've been there for over a year. They haven't reached the level that he promises you'll hit in a year, and they certainly aren't making the 6 figure salary that he is off of everyone else's hard work. 

After I left he said rude, hurtful and some untrue things about me to make him look like the better person for me leaving, and not that he's a terrible leader and a horrible person. If you are offered an interview or a job with this company, do not take it. This is a warning.

There are businesses like this set up in every major city in America. I worked for Steve in Indianapolis, IN last summer (2011) and didn't get through more than 3 months before he asked me to leave. He's now in Florida. He moves from city to city using the talent and college students there until people figure out his game, then he moves again to screw over the next set of victims. Watch your back with this man, he's poison.
