I am beyond thankful TMG Solutions, Inc., formerly Merl Group, and now Clearwater Communications, Inc. is no longer in Indianapolis, IN. I was once employed by TMG Solutions, Inc. and regret that employment daily. The only person who I felt cared in the management position was the assistant manager. I saw several hard working people leave on their own terms, listened to their reputations be defamed by the manager and co-workers, saw business owners be tricked and lied directly to, and heard empty promises.

To the current account managers and account executives who were Hoosiers and are fully aware of your employer's business actions; I am ashamed of you all for perpetuating this unethical behavior. Please do not return to Indiana. You are no longer Hoosiers.
