Summary: Clearwire has designed cancellations to be as long and difficult as they can so that you loose your patience and succumb to more fees.

After hours on the phone to cancel, and had to recomuncicate to get a return address for their modem. I waited hours online to chat and this was our conversation:

I waited then two hours on phone to speak to an operator. He said he'd emailed me a return label. I asked if my email began with "dansee" but he said no and said it was a clearwire email address. I had never been told, nor signed up for such an address. He said he changed my email and resent the return label but would take 24 hours. 24 hours for an email? More steps in their rip-you-off by making you loose patience. I'm still waiting for that email and decided to report this. Avoid Clearwire. I hate this company.
