I now get disconnected up to 5 times a day and throttled down to less than dial up speeds even more often. I bit the bullet and phoned their abysmal so called customer service. The idiot I spoke to refused to escalate the problem and was laughing when he told me " You're now in a 3G area and we don't want your business, so why not do us both a favor and go somewhere else" !!
I am seeking legal advice on this and if anyone else has experienced this sort of thing from them I would ask you to contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org If as I expect the attorney considers this illegal then I will be filing a suit around July 1st.
I still have their original acceptance letter to me from 2009 stating unlimited high speed access and their letter about not allowing new sign ups as they are intending to supply 4G areas only where they can.
