Click dvd shows I have requested a refund from them on use very poor DVDs and have not received anything from them. I payed $62.90 for these DVDS and would like my money back. Internet

I order a DVD box set that was suppose to have 4 season and brand new. They are very poor quality.
I contacted them for a refund and have not heard back about my refund. Would like to get my money back.
