This company does not deliver what it promises in writing. And then when you ask for a refund, it completely ignores your requests.
They sell you very well when using their demo to show you the potential of their services if you buy. Then, once they get you hooked, it goes downhill from there. I feel the demo is rigged to perform in their favor only, and does not show real life examples of what could happen.
In asking for references from this company, the ones they did provide the refs never called back. I should have taken that as a bad sign and stopped there.
One of their competitors appears to do a much better job and is a lot more reputable in the industry. Do your due diligence first.

I retract my previous statements about Joseph Dunne, Noel Sutcliff and ClientsContactYou. This complaint arose simply because of a misunderstanding and there was no issue to begin with. Their demo is clear in explaining what to expect, their references are fine and they did fulfill what was promised in writing. ClientsContactYou stepped up to the plate to rectify and explain the situation to me and I am happy with the result.
