This Company PROMISED me the WORLD for a Resume they said they could create with a writer that would listen to my back round, and then create a Resume and recruit me and set me up with thousands of employment recruiters. They took my money over $300.00 and then they kept billing me, and when they failed to produce( ALMOST IMMEDIATLY) after they charged my card (unauthorized) because they did not provide the services they said they would. Instead, they sent me this BEYOND lenghty qustionaire that would take hours and hours to complete and asked me to create a resume so they can give it to a writer to 'go over with me' and perfect it. When I addressed them the very next day, and DEMANDED my money back explaining they had deceived me and this was 'too much work' for me to do, this was the reason why i was hiring some one, the second rep Heather, said 'it was too late, although I continued to DEMAND my money back, they kept ignoring me. The bottom line is, they DECEIVE and lie about their services. You do all the work'. Even after I had faxed my resume and alot of other professional info that I CREATED, 5 months later they have the ordasity to STILL not produce a resume, I NEVER spoke to any WRITER as they promised and I demanded my money again, I NEVER AUTHORIZED the charge without the work. Here I am nearly six months lost over $400.00 with NO RESUME to date. This is about the ABUSE that is allowed by these internet Companies that take advantage of the credit card system. I WILL PURSUE them to the end of the law.
