Bought a canon lens 70-300 list price was 360.00 received a phone call asking me to confirm the order, this was strange to me all companies I have dealt with have never done this practice with me before but I answered yes I did order this lens. Then he asked me what type of camera I had I told him and he said that this particular lens wouldn't fit my canon slr camera( I am very new to the camera). I was very busy at the time with small children and didn't fully understand the message he was giving me. He told me that the sigma 70-300 would fit my camera and all I had to do was add an extra 30.00 to my existing order and they would send me the other lens (now looking up the sigma lense it sells for 180 to 200.00). In the moment I said yes. I did some more research went to the canon store and they told me that this company had just riped me off. I payed for it with a debit so I hot carded my card made sure that they couldn't get the money then I called them back and cancelled my order. Wow what a dilemma with them. In the conversation I had to ask him several times to not scream at me and that I wasn't going to change my mind and he needed to cancel the order now. In this conversation he told me that there was pending a 100.00 hold and I would lose 15percent of that 100.00 and I would lose 65.00 hmmm that isn't 15 percent. It was just a ploy to try to keep me from stopping the order. My money is safe in the bank. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
