www.thirdhat.com is their company name now and Travis James is one of the key people that scam you. They keep changing the company name to run and hide from people trying to sue and get money back.
They claim to be mobile app programmers that will build you a mobile app. They plan dates and give you a quote, promise you a great app, and collect money up front. Then they lie during the development process to keep you paying them and telling you everything is going good and the app is almost ready. Then they don't finish by the dates promised and you don't get anything. No refund, no app, no code, nothing. These scammers took over $30,000 and we got nothing !

I am an ex-employee of cloudmetal and can verify the financial instability of the company. The development team worked for "sweat equity" in return for a promise of ownership of the company. We were promised ownership over and over again and that it would "happen soon". This promise was never fulfilled and we were never compensated for much of our work; this, in combination with the very recent discovery of the original ripoffreport against Cloudmetal, forced the entire development team to voluntarily leave Cloudmetal immediately.
Details and specifications delivered by customers were occluded to the development team by Mr. James (proof) and he never delivered development work that was promised to his team in order to complete projects (more proof) for his customers. I now personally believe there is credence to the other accusation(s) against Mr. James.
I would strongly recommend not doing business with Mr. Travis James.
