We had our timeshare for sale. We were contacted by Samantha Ross of Clyde Trails Financials. She stated she had an offer for our time share, we accepted over the phone, She had faxed over a contract which was signed by another party and advised us to sign and send back with a check for $1985.00 for the closing costs. Once she received the contact and cashed thge check, there was no more communication. The contract was dated for April 20, 2012.
