I am a previous employee of this company, though I am ashamed to say it. It was the worst soul sucking job that I have had, and I quit finally.
I can tell everyone every little dirty secret about this place such as all of the names of the higher ups:
Blair McNea is the president (or something to that effect, he is a loser so who cares)
Brian Lint is the "Customer Service Director" but he is just a fat lazy guy who tells people what to do while he sits on his butt and acts like he is.
Taree Dobie who is the Customer Service Supervisor she will pretend to be another supervisor if you call back, she is very rude and says things to people that are extreemly unfprofessional, but then again, what is to be expected from this scam hole?
Heather Smith, she is a "supervisor" but she is the laziest peice of crap and never wants to do her job.
Those are the people that work directly with the people you are screaming on the phone with.
If you report to the BBB, they don't care, they just write back to the BBB to make it look like they do, but if they did, they would not run business they way they do.
They tell you not to address the other products and act like they are different companies...hmmm that is because it is a scam...
Brian Lint once told me that in order for the company to not fall through they need people to stop looking at their credit card statements...why? Because it is a scam....
They claim to not hide the terms and conditions, but they do.
They treat the employees taking customer phone calls like crap, when the call reps have to take the heat from the customers who are mad about 80.00 charges...it is the worst job.

One way to get your money back that seemed to work when I was there is to call all day....Brian, the lazy fat one, will get tired of it and just refund you...worth a shot. They will threaten to call the police, but they never do.
Anyway, read the terms, don't think everything is free, and good luck getting your money back. If I was you, I would still report them to the BBB and the Colorado AG. That will help put them out of business in the long run.
