Coachman Restaurant is very dimmed because they don't want you to see what you are eating.  The owner Mike Nickols is unethical and is a pervert!  He hit's on waitresses that he under pays!  He is in two different investigations that are occurring this present time. He tries to cheat his employees as he shorts them on hours and they have to watch very closely their paychecks.  I feel bad for them as customers always wonder why the morale is down as the service is poor just like the food.  I understand he crook as he hires outside contractors and he doesn't pay them or he puts up a fuss and they get paid lower amount.  Mike Nickols is not a man of his word as he thief and very decietful individual that claims that his chiefs are the top in Utah...Lol. When upon further investigation by the health inspector he was the one the cooking the food.  Maybe he needs to go back to learn the basics like washing his hands and not cooking expired food. More important maybe take a lesson on ethics and management which he doesn't know how.  John was better than he was!!! He cuts down on the washing such on the plates and silverware no wonder why people are getting sick it's not thoroughly cleaned. Maybe that's why the lights are dimmed from anyone seeing what they are eating off and what they are eating!  It's time for him to go back to review food handlers permit before preaching and defending his establishment when he's being investigated and not providing quality service and food.  Starts by upper management in the office then on the floor.  Set the example!!! He is a thief and very deceitful individual. I am just doing research on him individuallyand the establishment I discover any other complaints or issues I will and I am going to post it!  WHY? I want the custmers out there to know the truth.  I got food posion from the moron and when trying to resolve it he flipped out.  So that's when I filed this report and with board of health!
