Coast to Coast flag football c2c WILL NOT REFUND US OUR MONEY FOR THEIR CANCELLED TEAM!!!!! gilbert, Arizona

We paid for our son (5 yrs old) to play on a flag football team.  We were notified quickly after, as a team, that there was not a coach.  I could not coach this team bc I coach our other son's baseball team.  My wife offered, however asked to be the last resort as she had never played before but could run the drills, she did not want the team cancelled.  Apparently her desire to coach and not let the team get cancelled was not taken into consideration, whether it was her gender or lack of experience.  She was not even given a phone call to talk about the situation or even given any material to help her coach.  (she was given coaching info to coach our son's soccer team for 2 years)  The notice of our team cancelled came with no contact to me or her.  They simply said the team was cancelled for lack of a coach.


WE PAID FOR THIS TEAM ON 8/20/2012 (105.00)  AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED OUR MONEY BACK.


After countless emails back and forth, we continue to get the same answer.  We have offered to physically go pick up the check, we have given the deadline (30 days is the legal deadline of a purchase for goods or services via the internet) and we STILL DO NOT HAVE OUR MONEY BACK.  They said it was through Active and we contacted Active and have been told it has to be through them.


Coast to Coast is NOT practicing legal business ethics or values.  Please help us get our money back.
