The truck went back in when the seats were still wet February 8 th so back to the shop to pull the seats and floor mat to get dried out. Took two days with fans to finally get it dried out.
Now the management will not talk to me, they will not return calls or emails after they asked to see the invoices from my shop. It cost 502.34 to get the electrical fixed and dried out. They never followed up with our shop to verify the problem or costs. Shawn Coble General Manager will not do anything but push it to his boss who is the one that will not return calls or emails. Terrible management practices, we had been a customer for years so the first problem they run and hide.

I did not expect that outcome and will now continue doing business with Cobblestone Auto Spa.
Thanks for your site and Cobblestone for getting this right.
