I am a 59 yr old woman, that lives approximately 45 min. from this carwash. I am terminally ill,but still can drive, as my illness is due to 3rd stage renal failure and liver failure. I have a service dog that goes every where I go. On both windows I have "Caution K9" in accordance to insurance.

When I entered the 'drive through' I was greeted by a very pleasant young man , who informed me that the stickers on the windows may be damaged in the car wash. I told him that would be no problem and we talked about the dog hair. Especially that even with a cover, dog hair is hard to get out. I opted for the most expensive Ultimate Plus+ package 32.99

Driving to Sun Lakes, as I do, to visit my sister, tires me immensly, so I told him I would go with my sister (who had followed me) as he said would take longer with the dog hair. [continued below]....

..... Approximately 2 hours later we checked on the car and saw it sitting in the finished section. It was then the problem started.

I felt it strange when I went to inspct the car and it was locked. My sister said you have to take tour receipt and pay first. After paying I was approached by a young Mexican/American boy, who's answer to my request to stay around while I look over the car was "Yeah. Sure." (not sacastically) as he walked away. I began to suspect some issue.

After looking inside the car and yes having very many issues with the work done and looking at the outside found a 'ding' on the fender, I called the boy over and his English was very broken as he said"I get Boss" and when the "manager" came up and his Spanish was as bad as the boy's English, I finally told the boy in Spanish (Yes I'm fluent and I was born and raised in W.Va. USA) exactly what was wrong for him to tell his "Boss" Miracle!!The boy's English became I'd say Tucson or Phoenix born. 

The "Boss" dismissed the boy and started telling me #1:the ding in the fender to my 2013 Ford Focus had not happened there. When  told him I take very much pride in my first new car that had 24 miles on it when I drove it off the lot and I would have known that ding was there; he chose to say "Did not happen here" in a dismissive tone that started my blood pressure rising. He opened the door and said in order to get all the dog hair out I would have to pay an additional 17.00. (Not advertized as such) I told him I would pay the 17.00 but needed to adress the ding in the fender he came very close into my persoal space and said,"Did not happen here." when I told him I would contact my Ins. he said, "You still have to prove it happened here." I told him I wanted to talk to his "Boss" and he said he didn't have one. I asked him if he owned the car wash and he said no but he had been "manager" for 14 yrs. I told him every one but the owner had a manager over him. This is when both our tempers flared. He seemed to me to be a condesending, arrogant, passive aggressive type.I have to say that I have not lived as long as I have because I am submissive.

I decided to leave him to all his self importance and started taking pictures of my car inside and out. Then I went to the billboard to show what was included in the Ultimate Plus Package when he walked up behind me and said"Would you like help taking those pictures." Having a service dog comes in handy but you forget sometimes that when it's not with you you are open to ,exactly this kind of a person and you are startled when someone can come this close in your space and you"re not aware. I did use foul language because he scared me! I told him he better take that F******, snide smile out of my face. He answered once more but this time to include those around us to hear. "What I can't be happy? Lady I'm going to refund your money and you need to leave.

My sister wrote the Company and received an email just as short and rude from his manager.

I will do updates after all this is worked through.
