i am sure this happens all too often, i went in there today for the first oil change i have ever had through them. their car washes have always been crappy to begin with, for the money that they charge for a car wash i would expect the car to be spotless and it never is. they leave windows spotted, barely vacuum, barely wipe down the dash just enough to make it shiny. but for a quick drive thru wash what do you expect. they are always, always hunting down windshields for repair, they even follow you into the store to try and get you to repair something. well today was what finished me off, i went in for my oil change and the guy came and found me in the store to tell me some other work needed to be done. let me just say he saw an unsuspecting, trusting female who knows nothing about her husbands four wheel drive. he told me that what needed to be done would cost me hundreds elsewhere and that to do it at home would cost at least ninety bucks, they where selling this service for seventy so i took it...like an idiot. it needed to be done but could have been done at home for 20-30 dollars. long story short, dont believe any of them, they are all there to sell you something you dont need or can do yourself. save your money.
