Cody Jake Angeleri has rented a room in my home and after only 2 month failed to pay rent and had other rental agreement issues in which he was in violation.

Other tenants had complained about the smell of marijuana coming out of their room and stated he always appeared to be on something.

He was not making any effort to pay the late rent after discussing it with him. Instead he ignored my every effort to negotiate a resolution.

He is an irresponsible person and NO landlord should ever permit this individual to reside in their dwellings. Although his drug usage was not determined I also observed him in a very weird state of mind on occasion. Where he would be incoherent and space out. I asked if he was on prescription drugs and he stated that he was NOT.

After the other tenants reported the smell of marijuana to me. Their vehicle was vandalized in the garage which is downstairs two doors from Cody's room. No other tenants live downstairs.

No other persons in the home where having problems Nor is there any access to the garage except by tenants in the home.
