Cohen Mcneile Pappas has charged me $100 a month for Chase credit cards, then they didn't get a payment I sent in the mail and started garnishing my checks. Internet

I brought up to the company that I noticed un-legit findings on the internet and they insisted that they were legit. I've been paying $100 a month, a few months ago they "didn't" recieve my payment and put me in wage garnishment. Around $250 a month. I would like the money I paid in back, after further research I don't believe this company is legitiament.
