I paid Coinfirma to mine some bitcoins for me back in January 2014.
They told me that my contract would not start until March 1st - which I later discovered is rather conveniently just outside the window of time allowed to file a Paypal dispute in order to get your money back.
March 1st rolls by and they stop all communication. Their telephone number goes straight to answer phone, every time. No one relies to emails.
When I finally got through to them, they told me that paypal had put the funds on hold. I phoned paypal who said this was not true and asked them to verify this with the Paypal resolution code number that all disputes receive. If there really is a problem with the transaction, it will have one of these numbers. Needless to say, they never gave it to me or provided it to paypal.
Their office address is just a cheap virtual office, linked to about 100 other businesses. No one answers their telephone. They never reply to emails. They are a SCAM and will steal your money.
