I noticed while checking my credit report that EOS CCA Collections Company of America had filed that there was a past due balance that was negatively influencing my entire credit score. I have never been contacted by this company, nor have knowledge of an amount being owed to any company/organization that has filed something of this sort. After researching the company, they seemed to have done the same illegal claims to several individuals. I am seeking legal action.
